FAQs – COVID 19 Childcare Stabilization

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS REGARDING TUITION

We have now received clarification from the State of Vermont and CDD about the Stabilization Program and how it impacts your financial needs at this time.

The Stabilization program is intended to support families that have been impacted financially in any way by the COVID-19 crisis. It is meant to ensure the families receive tuition relief that will be paid directly to the childcare program so that children’s enrollment is maintained and available for those same children when the crisis is over.

Kid Logic Learning is committed to continue to provide the quality early care and education that we’ve always been committed to for our families and community.

IMPORTANT:
If you have requested to unenroll your child due to financial reasons please request re-enrollment by submitting the form. This will allow your family to continue to be enrolled and tuition paid. These funds will come from CDD/State sent directly to Kid Logic Learning.
If you need to resubmit your form or complete your form please go to our website www.kidlogiclearning.com click on the COVID-19 TAB at the top of the page.
If at any time your financial situation changes the form will remain located on our website. It only needs to be completed one time unless your financial situation changes.
All families must complete this form by Thursday at 5:00PM for allowed time for the billing period from 3/16/20-3/27/20 to be submitted.
If you have pre-paid for tuition during this time period, we can apply these funds towards future school sessions. This will allow you to apply for the Stabilization funds at this time and have your prepaid funds applied towards future enrollment sessions. Please email Kim@kidlogiclearning.com directly for this change or if you have any questions regarding this.
